Seafloor Investigations wins contract to manage and implement first two exploration sampling cruises to Blue Minerals Jamaica claim areas in CCZ. The cruises will conduct regional boxcore sampling of the deepsea for geologic, biologic and environmental assessment.

The effort submitted an official claim application to ISA and defended the application to ISA board for the successful approval of the claim application.
